Methadones
Career Objective (Enhanced) CD

My favourite Methadones record, it rocks out right from the beginning to the very end, there's not a track that reminds you of the build up Ill At ease song: Take A Look, but there are certainly songs that match it in quality and sound a lot like it, such as You Don't Know Me Anymore, or Far Away. But, this record really shines in rock-out tunes, I'm About To Crack is the ultimate "under pressure" song, that has one of the greatest guitars solos that i've ever heard, Ammunition feels like a Methadones's brother of the Ramones track Pinhead, because of the Sing-Along closing Outro, speaking of Ramones, TV World may or may not be the never recorder track by them. This enhanced CD also comes with a cool video of Say Goodbye To Your Generation which makes the enhanced version worth every penny, Danny Schafer or Vapid really shows that The Methadones isn't a SW spin-off but one of the greatest pop-punk bands Ramones-core band ever

Unlovables
Crush, Boyfriend, Heartbreak CD

This is one record you can't afford to miss out (at least if you're into pop-punk), Hallie Unlovable, Frank Unlovable (from the Tattle Tales if i'm not mistaken) and Mikey Erg! (from The Ergs!) deliver one of the most catchy, fast-beat, lyrically talented records to ever grace pop-punk, from the great intro fo I've Cried 4 U, to the final seconds of Incosolable, you can't help but to wonder if you're teenage life was a movie and this is the soundtrack. From Weasel-ish Bein' In Love, to the up beat Nonstop Thinking Of You, with tongue in cheek humour of Feelin All Emo, to mellow out Incosolable, this record will make you jump, cry, smile, it's as lovable as the unlovables can be. Be sure to check The Punk Rock EP club, it's also worth a look

Finally i got TBR's record, i'm ashamed to say i took a year before i buy this album while enjoying the downloads! But no more self-bashing it's time to talk about the record. This record starts off great with Kody/Ray duo on Radio and So Cool which are two of the best pop-punk songs ever written, then we have Stupid Games and Fall For Me, the first one speedy and buzz-saw-ish but awesome and full of teen angst, and a more mellow down semi-ballad type of song, one of my personal favourites. Crashing altough good isn't quite as good as the previous tracks, the follow-up is a AMAZING song with all the sci-fi references, woohs and ahhs and catchy choruses you'll ever need i'm talking of course of Lost in Space, Go Away has a great guitar and a catchy chorus, it's an overall good effort as well as Crashing which has a slower pace than most songs on the album, Blood Bath At burger King is straight out of Kody's old songs, being tired of working and psycho feelings, the track is not only catchy but it's the one that'll make you dance and sing along, Veronica sounds a bit like Go Away (not a bad thing), Repeat Offender has a great Kody/Ray duo and is one of the most underrated tracks on the album, A Bomb is a bit boring but has a GREAT bass line and the chorus is pretty fun, and finally the album builds up for a mind blowing track, the ultimate Ballad with a perfect tune between Ray/Kody, Kody sings his heart out in the best track of a stelalr record. A Must Buy!
