Final Days: Anthems For The.... CD

If you haven't had the pleasure of hearing the Plasmatics, you are definately missing out. There are definately elements of metal in here, but that's not a bad thing. It really works with Wendy O's voice. I'm not gonna say this is the greatest album ever, but it's pretty rockin'. If you like female fronted punk/metal, then this has got your name written all over it.

Thank Heaven For Little Girls/Sugar Fix CD

This is a great fuckin' Dwarves album. Unfortunately, the track listing on the back is kinda messed up, but it's easy enough to match songs to their names. Most of these songs are straightfoward Dwarves stuff, but they venture out in different directions here and there. Pretty solid stuff, overall. I'd probably get ...Are Young and Good Looking first, but this is probably second or third on the list.

So This Is Freedom CD

First off, I would like to say that this album is worth buying for their cover of "beat it" alone. Other than that, the album is very solid. Grade A street punk. It starts of heavy and keeps it fucking going. If you like street punk, then chances are that you'll dig this album.

Sound Of Music/Smart Alex CD

As most people have stated, the first half of this disc is fucking awesome. In fact, everything up to track 16 is just wonderful. But past that, the albums starts getting a little artsy, and well... boring. I think they group the two albums together because not many people would buy smart alex by itself. I give it five stars because the first 16 tracks make buying this well worth the money.
