American Nightmare -Sun Isn't Getting Any Brighter 7

American Nightmare
Sun Isn't Getting Any Brighter 7"

Yo, Yo, American Nightmare in the hiz-ouse! This record is some whack ass shit. Tons of yelling and screaming and whatnot. I may have been scratching on my turntable a little too much, cause I couldn't understand a damn word this homeboy was sayin'. I have to admit that the music was pretty tight, and although it wasn't totally off da chain, I'd pick it up if this is your style. Peace I'm out.

Black Flag
Damaged LP

This is a really great record by one of the greatest hardcore bands ever. The cover is Henry Rollins punching the hell out of a mirror, is that punk or what? I sure am glad that Hank got all of this punk rock stuff out of his system before moving on to bigger and better things, like Rollins Band, VH1 interviews and a promising film career. Seriously, folks, all fans of punk or hardcore need this record in their collection. This and a few spoken word albums.

Blink 182 -They Came To Conquer Uranus (Colored Vinyl) 7

Blink 182
They Came To Conquer Uranus (Colored Vinyl) 7"

Poor Blink 182. People give them such a hard time. I admit that the new stuff sucks for the most part, but come on. These guys were great for years, and should we hate the old stuff just because the new stuff sucks? I say no, so buy this record. The songs are way better than any record from Enema of the State on, and it's a little peice of pop punk past. Plus, since it's a record, you can just tell people that it's really old and that you got it when Blink were still cool.

Misfits -Static Age LP

Misfits
Static Age LP

Not the most technical music by any means, nor is it too different from the Misfits' trademark sound, this is still a damn fine record. There are gems like Last Caress, Bullet, and Hybrid Moments, but there are also a few duds, like Return of the Fly. Any song that is basicaly the title sang over and over again sucks by default. Seriously though, this record comes highly recomended.
