NOT THEIR BEST, BUT YOU JUST GOTTA UNDERSTAND. THEY HAVE BEEN AROUND FOREVER, THEY GOTTA CHANGE KIDDIES!! I THINK ITS A SOLID RECORD. NOT AS GOOD AS "ALCATRAZZ" OR THE DR FRANK SOLO, BUT STRONG NONE THE LESS. CHECK IT OUT, YOU CLOSE MINDED FREAKS!!

Sure it's different then the old MTX catchy Ramones poppunk but i feel it's a great thing that MTX is expanding their sound. Don't knock it cause it's different. It has great alternative and art type rock songs. I wish there were more than 5 songs though. Great e.p.

I am one of the biggest MTX freaks around, and I was very impressed with this mini album. I love their other 'punker' albums like 'Love is Dead" and "Night Shift.." but I also love this. No one ever said that MTX has to stay in the boundaries of pop punk. As most of us have probably realized, there is a lot of SHITTY pop punk out there. But there is something special about Dr Frank and MTX. He really is not afraid to experiment. Although MTX may lose a couple of fans over this ep, they will gain some too. They are still an incredible band with a lot of heart. And there songs are still about girls!

This is hard for me to say because MTX is my favorite band, but this EP isn't very good. The writing was on the wall with Alcatraz, MTX is going down hill. Dr. Frank abandoned the punk pop style that made me like MTX so much in the first place. The subject matter is also different, MTX has gone away from the songs about girls. I can no longer easily relate to the music. Try as I might I just can't force myself to like a slow MTX EP with an organ. I hope this is just a weird phase Dr. Frank is going through and soon he returns to the style of CDs like Love is Dead and Revenge is Sweet and so are You.

Ah. I was so happy to see a new EP from MTX, then I listened to it and was horrified. This EP could be the worst MTX music I have ever heard. I have loved MTX ever since I first saw them live over two years ago, but this latest effort has left me wondering what went wrong. The music is slow, cliched whine rock, not the powerful fun pop punk of old. I warn you heavily, unless you are a die hard MTX fan don't buy this album. Pick up and older release, you will be pleased. All I can say is MTX, better luck next time...

Well, i'm sorry if this is a biased opinion, but i love MTX. their brand of punk 'n roll is barr none - the best. dr frank's sly, whitty, self depreciating humor filled style is very addictive. their melodies, although not as adrenalized as the days of old (there is enough PUNK in punk rock these days, it's great to have a band like mtx just rocking out) are jsut as catchy, as well as bouncy. excellent!!!!
