A blistering follow-up to last year's Beyond Repair album, and a teaser to an upcoming new full length from these metallic-tinged thrash maniacs. Heavy and searing thunder riffs charged with moshable breakdowns and explosive power.

Love this EP! The classic straight edgem athem "Raise Your Fist" start of the EP. Such a release one of the best from Throwdown. They earned alot of respect with this EP. Great job. Miss These Days.

Metallic hardcore with real good vocals, Its definitely worth getting but If you dont have the full length "You Don't Have To Be...." get that first as the production on that cd does the music much more justice.

First of all throwdown is an all around good band. Hailing from Orange County California they are great Straight Edge hardcore with breakdowns. How could you possibly go wrong. They are very preachy with their beliefs but that's alright. This is an all around good album which talks about different topics such as being drug free and it also talks about drunk driving and how it kills so many. Musically it is a good album like I said before it has breakdowns which I love. So for all you straight edge kids you should pick this album up if you don't already have it.
