Definately one of the elite punk albums of the 90's and belongs in the punk rock hall of fame. The whole album is bad ass with crunching distorion and energy. Do yourself a favor and get this album.

This was my first Face to Face disc. I gave it one listen and was not too impressed with the first half. The more I listened the more the entire disc grew on me and has become a favorite. I recently purchased another Face to Face disc entitled Stadards and Practices. Big Choice is by far better. Much catchier and not so distant. You gotta have that pop. Over all a great starter disc for virgin Face to Face fans

Good buy. Call me a cuckoo fucking nutball, but I like Don't Turn Away and How to Ruin Everything better than this one. It is more homongenous than some other Face to Face releases. It has some rough edges. It doesn't tickle me (in the pants) like Don't Turn Away, et al, do. But I like it. The bonus cover of the Descendent's "Bikeage" is gnartastic, gnartubular, sickgnar, and straight up gnargnar. I think somebody should be beaten on account of them splitting up. I'm quite pissed the fuck off at that! They still fucking rock. BUY IT NOW!

face to face is a great band. enough said. this is a teriffic album to start off with. tracks like "A-OK" "you lied", "big choice" and "late" make this a great CD. "Dissconnected may be Face To Face's "sell-out" hit, but it is still a great song. buy this album or "don't turn away" or the s/t album *that is, if you have a turntable*

Personally i think this is possibly one of Face To Face's best albums. Songs like: Sensible, You Lied and Velocity are some of the best songs that Face To Face have written and they are included in this album.I cannot say that this is Face To Face's best album as a few of the songs on the album aren't as good as you'd expect , therefore i can understand why other people do not like this album as much as their other albums.

Pretty good all around cd from an amazing band. I also have the s/t and "dont turn away" by Face to Face. This is probably the worst out of the three I own but still pretty dam good. BUY IT

This is a very good cd. It is not the best face to face cd out there but it is one of their best. If you have never heard them before this is a good cd to get first. It is what face to face is all about. Also it has some awesome bonus tracks like "disconnected" and "bikeage".
