The first studio album in almost three years from these handome Swedish devils, and let me be among the first to plagarize their one-sheet and say it's their heaviest and most emotionally charged album to date. Fourteen songs of skate-and-'bate melodic punk friggin' rock produced by Epitaph bossman BRETT "HONDO" GUREWITZ.

Wow, what can I say....This is by far my favorite record I have ever purchased. Every song is good, some are fast, some are slow, but all are good! Buy this, It's Millencolin's finest.

I bought this album for the songs No Cigar and Penguins & Polar Bears. I ended up liking the whole thing... I would recommend the record Life on a Plate for anyone listening to Millencolin..
