Tom,John,& Nick you all suck, this 7inch is amazing and if you think that the germs are NOT a punk band you dont know what the punk is. forming is one of the top germs song. and the reason you 3 probaly say that it goes way slow is cuz its a speed 45 and your probaly playing it on 33 1/2 so play it on 45 and if you still dont appreciate it then fuck off

What can you say about this 7 inch? excepet that it is a brillant piece of music history, and a must have. In my mind 'forming' is the Germs best song.

This 7" is a absolute piece of garbage! I heard the song Forming on the NOFX double cd "45 or 46 Songs..." (it was a cover). It was alot shorter but it was a whole lot better. They said in the booklet (NOFX), that the Germs were the greatest punk band ever. They aren't a punk band! They absolutely suck (and so does the recording on the live b-side listed on the outside as "The Germs Live" and on the label as "Live"). I was startin to not like NOFX anymore but after hearing this piece of shit, I realize that they can make a good punk song. The only good thing that this has for it it a good resale value cause its limited and its on red vinyl. Don't waste your money on this unless you wanna sell it on ebay.

This record is horrible. the germs are great but this record blows. just like the other guy said. forming is all slow. you cant hear the vocals at all. the b side is pretty bad too. its better than forming but this record wasn't worth five bucks. unless you want to get it to say you have a really old germs release, but then again, this is a repress, so its not old. you cant hear the vocals on the b side either. only cool thing is its on red clear vinyl. please, don't make the mistake i did. listen to this review. i should have. out.

I love the Germs but this seven inch is horrible. They play Forming realy slow and the vocals suck. The only good thing about it is the see-through red vinyl. Don't buy this.
