Broken Bottles

Radioactive San Onofre

Released on November 19, 2002

This item is not available for purchase. Sorry!

The most important new band of the OC summer of 2002, and certainly the most talked about, now hear why with the Bottles first taste of vinyl...they smoked on HOSTAGE CUTS VOLUME ONE, garnering tons of radio airplay, hell Rodney on the ROQ played their CUTS song, Gothic Chicks on several occasions (he's still playing it), the last OC punk band to debut on his show in well over 10 years...this record is 100% nuclear powered, and is from the band's second trip the Adamos us kids, if you dig early (1981) Social Distortion, this will drop your jaw!!!!

First off, there are so many brilliant punk bands that have come (and gone) from the SoCal punk scene in the last few years. Hostage Records has managed to release stuff by a large majority of them! To me, this has got to be one of the best bands out of the crop. Undeniable influences by early-Social Distortion but not a blatant rip off by any means! I'm so amped on this release I'm gonna find out more about this band and see if they have anything else out, or coming out!! Excellent!!

If you haven't heard of this band, then you must be living under a rock. This 7" kicks ass. Two great songs, thick ass vinyl!
