Daylight Dies

No Reply

Relapse 6536

Released on October 8, 2002

Among the most recognized acts of the American doomdeath revival, Daylight Dies play depressive, melodic death metal with emotionally haunting melody lines. Daylight Dies blend rapturous guitar riffs with funereal guitar leads, hair- raising vocals and an adventurous musical vision. "No Reply" is the perfect palette to showcase Daylight Dies' colorful depth and conscious attention to detail, melody and atmosphere.

I don't know why I've never heard of these guys before, but I just bought this cd on a whim and loved it. If you're into black metal at all check em out. They're awesome. Kind of like Sins of Thy Beloved.
