Tsunami Bomb

Ultimate Escape

Kung Fu 78799

Released on September 3, 2002

This item is not available for purchase. Sorry!

Tsunami Bomb could literally be the next big thing to come out of the Californian punk scene. Not only are their punk-lite pop tunes as catchy as the most contageous of diseases, they have all the hallmarks needed to leave an impression, too. The Bomb went into the studio with Steve Kravac and came out with this, 'The Ultimate Escape', their debut full-lengther. And it's very, very impressive. The guitars drive through the songs and the vocals are a perfect compliment. Tsunami Bomb are almost certain to make waves in the punk scene. And with Agent M already a star, who knows how far this Nor-Cal crew can go?

I first heard this cd about 5 years ago, freshman in highschool, and I thought "Take the Reigns" was incredible. Overall I'd say this is a pretty solid cd with only one or two songs I don't really care for too much. Its good for a few listens every now and then. Gets ya kind of worked up, y'know, a lot of bouncy songs. It's a good cd to have in your arsenal.

tsunami bomb is a mediocre band. their music is pretty much generic punk. these songs are all right, i'll listen to them whenever i'm bored or whatever, but there's nothing very uniquely outstanding about this album. if you like punk, you'll probably like this album, but if you're looking for something different, or extremely extraordinary, you wont find it here.

Tsunami Bomb is one of the few things in this country that put the word for an overwhelmingly destructive force of nature to good use. They put that girl right out in front with a microphone and she just works her magic. It's enough to make you forget you're even listening to a punk-pop band, because they do it so well. The song "Top 40 Hit" ought to be heard by everyone who can comprehend the lyrics, and even a few who can't - that's how good this is.

Ok cd. I'm just not into them. This cd is for anyone who just likes straight up punk. The female vocalist is beauty though, no doubt about it.

I kinda liked this one. I first bought the Kung Fu samplers and thaught they were good. So when i listened to it wasnt so good. So probably this should be a 3.5 and Agent M is hot

Giggity Giggity Giggity. I bought this cd for my girlfriend and she dumped me shortly after so i dunno what to tell ya?

Ps. I dont like this cd very much, only a few songs are good, to many slow poppy ones. Damn that pop and its ways.
