Dead To Fall

Everything I Touch Falls To Pieces

Victory 1792

Released on September 10, 2002

$12.00
Buy

Drawing from the two most propionate types of hardcore Dead to Fall is the perfect blend of metal and mosh. They charismatically blend metallic hardcore with Euro-metal stylings and their own technical musings. Thundering breakdowns are flawlessly coupled with some of the most supremely specialized guitar lines ever. The lyrical mastery transcends anything being done in hard music today reflecting the subconscious of a truly creative and deeply entrenched musical force.

the best damn generic metalcore band of last year. some pretty creative riffs but nothing to get too excited about. entertaining, but not groundbreaking.

What a relief, I thought Victory Records would never stop the emo flood. Maybe a little too much metal, but still, better than "Taking back Sunday." Last song on this disc has a fun breakdown at the end, higly recommended. This one will keep you hooked for a while. If you like a little death metal with your hardcore, then what are you waiting for?

I think this album rocks. It is some of the best metal/hardcore i have heard in awhile. I love Meshuggah so any band that shows a facination with Swedish Metal is a band I will check out. This cd hasn't left my player since the day I got it!!

This album is amazing. I'm not a death metal fan, but I love this release because of the mix of metalcore with death metal. The singer's voice is great and I love the songwriting. There are a few breakdowns but the guitarwork makes up gretaly for the few dance parts. I've benn listening to this one daily now for two weeks solid, it's addicting.

Mmm, I love a nice, hard blend of fierce metalcore mixed with Swedish Death Metal. This is one of the best debut albums of the year. Fuck that Atreyu shit. I'm not too big on Victory Records Metalcore (I prefer their emo/emocore talent), but they hit the jackpot with this band. This album is just amazing. There's no melody, but don't worry, the vocals are pretty clean. Awesome breakdowns. I think this disc will be getting many spins. Try it out. My favorite song is Preying On The Helpless. Graven Image and Memory are also really good.
