it's been 6 drunken, fat, and sloppy years since D4 could get off their asses and make another record. granted they all have their own shit going on, but come on, minnesota needs D4!!! this cd is like every other D4 album, really good, but not a classic. alot of really good songs on here, fucking awesome writing and great musicianship. i wouldn't buy this for my first D4 record, but get it sometime.

Oh yeah. Good album. I read that the reason they used the american flag in the back wasn't to be punk rock fuck you, but more I'm apart of this country also so fuck you. It's nice to see that kind of intelligence nowadays, and it reflects in their music too.

Two words necessary: Dillinger Four. Brilliant from beginning to end. D4 is essential to any self-respecting punker's collection.

I bought this CD mainly because I read in a review that Avril Lavigne liked it. Well she did not let me down! If you like good music then you will like any CD that Dillinger Four releases. I recommend Midwestern Songs because it is D4 playing punk rock that I cannot help but enjoy.

I wish I could give this album 32 stars, it is that good. These guys got their shit together when it comes to music. All though this record is not as good as Midwestern Songs of the Americas it is still a helluva cd. Anyone who has not heard of D4 I suggest they pick up Midwestern. After you take a listen you'll want their other records which are all awesome. Bottom line.
