Juliana Theory

Emotion Is Dead

Tooth & Nail 1174

This item is not available for purchase. Sorry!

Somewhere along the line, this band did the unspeakable in the independent music world, declaring that, money is important in this "business" of independent music. Many enemies were made, critics were further outraged, and guess what? None of it made any difference on the band or the music - THE JULIANA THEORY kept on doing what they do - write great pop songs. "Emotion is Dead," follows in the path of their debut album, "Understand This Is A Dream," combining catchy pop sensibilities with a post-hardcore sound. The disc can overall be summed up by saying, "the hard songs got harder, and the soft songs got softer." The production is fabulous, as this composition took about five weeks to record and has that major label sound.

I love this cd. It is very peaceful and has great singing. It is good music to fall asleep to. Anyone would like it. Everything just is good and there is a mixture of slow and fast songs so that is good. Also check out LOVE cuz that is also good
