I love Demon System 13! It's american styled hardcore with an unmistakable swedish flavor. Very thrashy. I also suggest Degenerated Generation.

A great band that plays brutal hardcore punk that is a throwback to the old days, but is played faster and harder like you'd expect from a newer band. great vocals too, but i'm taking off a star because while some of their lyrics are really good, some of them are a little less than spectacular. DS-13 is originally from sweden, and i'm hoping that english is their second language, which would explain why some of the lyrics are pretty weak, because maybe their ideas just didn't translate so well by not having a great grasp of the english language. some of the lyrics come off as cliche, and no one will acuse them of being new ideas. it's a shame because they're an incredibly good band. read over the song titles, because they pretty much sum up the lyrics.

Wow! This CD sounds like it was straight out of the 80's. That's what I like about it. Furiously fast with no time for precision. And no pop either! American bands should take a lesson from these guys.

I bought this because it was recommended to me, and its a good thing they did! If you're a fan of Minor Threat or Seven Seconds, with a bit more politics thrown in, you'll love this album. Its a shame they broke up, I wish I could have seen them live.

These guys are pissed. Pissed at the usual stuff, government, society, etc., and pissed at the scene itself, skinheads and backstabbing gossip. So what do they do about it? Write ripping songs and they do it really well. This is definitely one of the reasons why punks love hardcore from Sweden. This is thrash at it's peak. Its fast, loud, and definitely makes you want to see them live. Buy it, if you're a limp bizkit fan. Those of you who already have it know why. This is definitely worth the purchase.

I've had this a mere few weeks and it's already one of my favorite albums of all time. This band plays thrashy hardcore punk. My favorite songs are "Lie", "NATO Sucks", and "In the Name of Revolution". I would recommend this to fans of old-school punk, sxe fans, and kids into thrash. This is "crucial".
