New Town Animals

Is Your Radio Active

Mint 50

Released on September 25, 2001

This item is not available for purchase. Sorry!

The debut album from these punky-poppy Vancouver action kids who've got some hooks, and are hellbent on using 'em. Sporting a real-live British singer, the band whips up thirteen tracks of buzzing and hungry pop-edged punk.

I had learned a little bit about this band when I bought Jeffie Genetic (Clones) solo CD. Then when I was watching the new Briefs DVD "The Greatest Story Ever Told" I discovered that their bass player (Steve Kicks) came from The New Town Animals. This is an awesome CD that is in heavy rotation on my player. If you are down with the whole new wave/punk pogo pack you will love this.
