Faint

Blank Wave Arcade

Saddle Creek 28

Released on April 10, 2001

This item is not available for purchase. Sorry!

Stark and uncompromising hard-wave pop that's filled with electronic surges, dark confessionals, and traditional rock instrumentation. Hits like a streetwise Duran Duran or a tough-guy Thomas Dolby. Science!

This is an awesome cd. I like every note on it it's pretty much all synth. When I got this cd it didn't leave my cd player for 4 days. I know that may not be impressive to some people, but I'm not the type to listen to a cd over and over again unless it has a big impact on me. The only hang up I have with this cd is that it is only 25min long. Too short. Great songs though.

Lot different that other Interpunk stuff. Song 3 is so sex:). The whole cd is a very good rock/dance/electro masterpiece:)

If you are into Casualities's music, or new thrice stuff, forget about The Faint.

The Faint is great! "Worked Up So Sexual" alone is worth the $11.50, and the 8 other tracks just add to the greatness. It has a great electronic sound, and it will have you dancing throughout the listen.

The Faint are fantastic, and this album is beautiful. Songs to look out for are "Casual Sex" "Call Call" and most definately "Worked Up So Sexual." Do not hesitate to buy this, or if you're thinking "Oh boy, I love the Faint, now I want to buy something by someone who used to be in the band that I can cry to" - get some Bright Eyes. The band of course.

This is a petty good new wave/electronic cd. Song #3 is a great song about strippers while #5 details the pluses of casual sex. Overall this is a cd worth its price.
