Fabulous Disaster

Put Out or Get Out

Pink & Black 403

Released on March 6, 2001

A drum roll please! The second band to find a home on Pink & Black records is San Francisco’s very own Fabulous Disaster! Imagine sweet harmonies slipping effortlessly into torn, fishnet stockings of punk. Super tight and super catchy!

From the first time I heard this album I fell in love with it. For some reason people tend to think that there isn't much worth listening to from all-female bands. Hopefully this album would make even the most jaded of music fans find some redeeming qualities in FabDis at the very least.

I was really excited about this album. Fabulous Disaster is a really great band and one of the only semi-popular girl punk bands. This album is really good. It has a great mix of some traditional punk rock fast songs, but some songs that are more slow and not quite as in-your-face punk. Either way, if you like fun, energetic, melodic punk, definitely buy this album.

Fabulous Disaster is great. I saw them live with NOFX back in March and i fell in love. Laura's voice definetly gave punk a whole new sounds. These ladies kick ass. I even have the extreme pleasure of being dubbed Mr. Nancy's bitch! BUY THE CD!!

I was looking for some new music and came across this pretty much unheard-of band, Fabulous Disaster. I previewed a couple songs and fell in love with the band. The lyrics are smart and Laura has a great voice, not whiney like some female bands. This CD is a must-have!

You don't find too much bands with all female members, usually theres at least one dude, but anyways, this album is AWSOME! There are a few songs that are alright, nothing spectacular. The music the band makes does not fall into the mainstream likes of No Doubt and the Donnas, these girls really know how to put punk in rock. I can't wait for their 2nd album already. Is it just me or does Pink and Black Records need more bands other than Dance Hall Crashers and of course Fabulous Disaster? Joe and Fe Soriano, Yokota AB, Japan

These chicks flat out rock hard. Great girl harmonies on the vocals with tight, in-your-face riffs. Not a bad song here. Plus, the cover of the CD is one of the coolest I have seen in some time.
