This is a great album. You know every now and then you buy a cd, and by the grace of god you happen to like every song on the album, well this is one of them.

My God do I love Thrice or what, I've been listening to Thrice for over a year and i just now bought their cd so Im really happy cause its great. Teppei fucking shreds accompanied by Dustin, and you cant forget Riley on the drums, this band is one of the bands that I feel is completely together.

This CD is one of the best by Thrice. Completly different from The Illusion of Safety and the Artist in the Ambulance yet just as amazing.

Thrice's first label CD shows they had the right stuff but needed some improvement. Great CD no doubt but Thrice got better with age. Try Illusion of Safety or Artist in the Ambulance before this one. Yummy stuff.

It's hard to rate music these days. Too many bands sound the same. Fortunately, Thrice has proved to me that there is still something out there in the ever-regressing music scene. If you enjoy Thrice at all, this is a must-have along with The Illusion of Safety. I don't care for the newer album too much though. These guys are so hard to describe, yet they rock so hard. Gotta give'em a 5. PEACE>

Thrice is my favorite band. I have all their cd's and Identity Crisis is my favorite. The sound of Identity Crisis and The Illusion of Safety are more raw then Thrice's newest release so if you like more of Dustin's powerful screams go with Identity Crisis. My favorite Thrice album.

These guys are great. They're in a very cliched genre of music, and their style isn't that much different than most of their cohorts, but they're really good at what they do.
The music approaches complexity a few times, but not for the sake of being complex and weird. It sounds good. The lyrics are well-written and about various aspects of life, not absurb metaphors about semi-functional relationships.
Buy this. Now.

WOW!! I bought this CD with high expectations and the fellas didnt do me wrong. The vocals are nothin overly different but somehow encapsulate the speed of the music and the verge from sing to scream is brilliant. Drumwork is ace, too fast to imagine at times and Phoenix Ignition is one of my favourite songs by any semi-hard band. Sound is simmilar to Rise Against which i love and this is a fantastic CD. Only 11 tracks but a well rounded 35 minutes, something for any punk/hardcore fan.
