The FFF side really takes the cake here. The Left Alone side is pretty awful. Far From Finished's cover of Radio Radio rules and their side is honestly worth the money.

Nice Split. I was actually on here trying to decide on a CD from FFF or Left Alone. Then I saw this and was like awesome. I didn't know it was out, so it was an easy choice. 2 Great bands 1 CD, the only down fall is that it is short. There are only a few songs from each, but hey it is a split. If your a fan of either then you have to get this.

Far From Finished are surely a sleeping giant. After buying there debut cd 'eastside of nowhere' which i think is the best dedut cd in the last 10 years. I think split cd's are usualy a stop gap and not usualy that great. How i was wrong f.f.f carry on where eastside left off the new version of the bastards way is qualilty but personaly i think fight back is the best song on offer here .The other 2 tracks F.F.F give you are tracks called untitled and a cover of radio, radio an old evlis costello track. All in all a great listen. However i thought Left Alone's tracks are not a patch on f.f.f's but still a good listen a bit to much ska sounding for my me and a poor cover of the smiths 'panic' Don't let me put you of buying this cd it's worth it just for the 4 f.f.f tracks. Now i can't wait on the follow up to eastside due out soon

Far From Finished are in the fine line of other great Boston street punk bands. Elements of the Ducky Boys, Street Dogs and even some of the slick catchy-ness of the Explosion. FFF fuckin' tour, they work hard and are all over the place, so catch them next time through your town. The re-working of Bastards Way is great, and the cover of Elvis Cotello's Radio Radio is fantastic as well. And then there is Left Alone, a band I never got into and honestly after listening to their half I understand why. Nothing remarkable, subpar rancidesque Punk rock that frankly many others do better, like Time Again. The reality is that FFF makes this an essential purchase, these guys will be huge....

First off, i bought this because i absolutely love Far From Finished and i did a back flip when this split was finally released on here. It's only four new songs from them and it just leaves me wanting more so bad. I love the new version of the Bastards Way so much. I highly recommend getting this cd if you are fans of Ducky Boys, Street Dogs, Born to Lose, or anything that rocks.
Oh yeah, as for the Left Alone side: i never really cared for them, but their songs were a nice treat, but i was in this for Far From Finished. Sorry guys.
