North Carolina has is undoubtably known for some of the best bands in hardcore and metal. Seneca is no exception. After a year of laying low the Charlotte/Raleigh band, out of know where drop a criticly acclaimed self titled full length album. Thirteen tracks of quality metalcore. Crushing breakdowns (that actually stand interesting), brutal vocals and even some special apperences from members of UNDYING, GLASS GASKET and BETWEEN THE BURIED AND ME.

i'm surprised more people don't know this band. basically, if you like glass casket or through the eyes of the dead, this is more of that same carolina metalcore. it doesn't really bring anything new to the field, but it definitely rocks. same basic formula: technical verses and brutal breakdowns. the vocals are up to par. it's got a few cheesy melodic parts. the ending of When The Time Goes is absolutely disgusting. cookie cutter stuff, but brutal and pretty good if that's what you're into.
