OCEANS is a unique blend of fast punk, slow rock, heavy breakdowns, and beautifully trippy guitar lines, coated with tight harmonies and introspective lyrics that transcend the usual girl meets boy and falls in love scenario. Procession Came Opposite has released this cd on their own with hopes of creating a feeling in the hearts and minds of it's listeners.

Procession Came Opposite have come out with their own style on this release. Think Staring Back vs. a nice chill time at the cottage/beach type sound. The melodies came out really well and speed wise it was not too much; good variance. The type of sound they got with the production really fits the music and the sounds from the ocean and surroundings really give a certain mood to the style. Lyrically it's not amateurish at all, it's very well thought out and intelligient. This release flows like the wind from song to song and there's no need to press stop/pause. Check out PCO's "Are We Gettin Through?" since you'll see that it's fantastic work, in addition to this. Not much else to say but only...listen to this band's music and the music will speak for itself.

This CD is awesome. I live out in Omaha, NE and my friend from Delaware told me about Procession Came Opposite. I love how the music flows from song-to-song in both sound and lyrics. I hope to hear some new music from Procession Came Opposite soon! Know that there are several Procession Came Opposite fans way out here in Omaha!

Fast, melodic, intelligent, and beautiful. This is the second installment to my collection from these guys. The layout and design for this EP is wonderful, and the style of recording is excellent as well. The lyrics are poetic, inspirational, and very well thought out. The drumming is fast, skillful, and original. Vocals are driving and powerful. The riffs are another original addition to this fine piece of work too. The music's lyrical content mainly refers to the mystic beauty of the ocean. With the lyrics, they found a way to parallel the ocean to life. The lyrics are very meaningful and it are backed up by crystal clear talent. I look for Procession Came Opposite to head to bigger and better things with a force like no other. I recommend this band to anyone that enjoys a fast, poetic style of music. Keep rocking guys!
