Skipjack, a native San Diego band has just released "Foundations". This CD features the youthful angst and rage that is the stock in trade of any good punk band. Manifesting on nearly every track are the predictably disgruntled overtones that serve as the backbone of punk in general. Cuts like "Unused Voice" and "Free Therapy" are representative of the provocative lyrics that pervade the album. And check out the cover of REM's "It's The End Of The World As We Know It"-not every group could pull that off. This is one kick ass Punk CD.
