It is hard for me to get into new Pop punk these days (Leftovers, Copyrights, etc), I still cling to the stuff I listened to in the 90's. The last pop-punk band I liked was probably Teenage Bottlerocket. Anyways, a friend of mine has really been pushing The Kobanes on me. So I decided to give this CD a chance and I love it. It has the energy of "Death By Television" era Lillingtons. So if you are a little jadded with pop punk like me, check out the Kobanes.
