God Awfuls

Next Stop, Armageddon

Kung Fu 78819

Released on February 24, 2004

This item is not available for purchase. Sorry!

The God Awfuls are the band everyone's been waiting for! It’s not whiny emo, there are no coordinated jumps, there are no love songs about ex-girlfriends, and they don’t have a clothing company. This is the punk rock antidote to cure the ill-stricken punk scene.

Mixing the styles of Rancid, The Clash and Anti-Flag, The God Awfuls are the next band to snag the torch and keep it from all the wanna-be's out there. When your buyers come to trade in their Starting Line CD's, you can bet The God Awfuls are the next step they're looking for in the great ladder of punk rock.

the God Awfuls are amazing. their my favorite band along with the Lower Class brats. i saw the god awfuls open up for GBH in Dallas one summer, and i liked the God Awfuls more than i liked GBH, they had crazy energy and were jsut great live. definately buy this cd.

Good album i guess. Kinda much poppier and "wannabee catchy" then i thought it would be though, and it feels like at times they try too hard to be punk and shit, just doesn't feel real in some way, don't no about their roots or heart. But overall it's a good album and it has some great tunes i guess. Nothing new but great if you're sick of all the new emo/screamo/lame-o/whatevero bands out there and just want some "punk by the book". And as my last words i'll use Jello Biafras words "hardcore formulas are dogshit".

This cd blows ass. I thought it was going to be PUNK ROCK. Not shitty pop music. Think twice before buying this shit.

BUY THIS ALBUM NOW! I bought it having never heard anything of the God Awfuls before, just on an impulse and it arrived yesterday and Wow! This is one of the best records i have heard for a while. If fast and furious punk rock is what you want, buy this, you won't regret it. This is not your stereotypical Kung Fu band (i.e. punk pop or emo punk etc etc) these guys are awesome. Plus, they sound like they've been influenced by the Clash, so you can't lose! Buy it now!

This band is awesome, and their debut cd is really, really good. I only have good things to say about this band, they really know how to make a punk rock album. Their sound is not the typical Kung Fu sound and that's actually pretty cool. If your a fan of Punk Rock and street punk go buy this album, you won't regret it.
