Very very very good hardcore.
Its in your face, ass kicking hardcore. First Blood delivers a five song punch to the face and it is a DEFINATE buy for anybody who is a fan of Terror, etc.
Carls vocals will tear your eardrums a new asshole, and the drums, bass, and guitar will make you want to punch holes in your wall and destroy you computer screen.
You like harcore? But this album. Now. I'm not kidding. Do it.

It's really hard to work out exactly why a couple of members of Terror need to be in this band, because it seems they're hardly able to express themselves differently or expand their repetoire in First Blood.
That's no real slur on the record itself though, it just sounds a lot like Terror, except maybe slightly less polished - it's raw, chugging, fist-swinging hardcore that doesn't break any new ground but does what it sets out to do pretty damn effectively.
If you like Terror, you'll like this. Simple.

this is one heavy band, it features doug and carl from terror and the sound is kinda like terror mixed in with figure four/ buried alive but there are some huge breakdowns on this all in all a good cd.
