not Hepcat at their best. good but not great. No tracks really stand out for me. Most of the album is just missing something. If i am correct this is the album after Hillyard left so they might have been still trying to refind their sound.

"Right On Time" picks up where the debut left off leaving this record behind. If just getting into Hepcat, you're probably better off to pick any of the other 3 LP's.
