I bought this CD only knowing a couple of the tracks on it... but damn, what a good buy. This is a great CD and every track on it is good. I don't understand why lots of people don't like these guys, buy this CD!

OK sure everyone goes through where they say EWWW! Sloppy Seconds they suck! But it's a passing phase you'll get used to it. Although I still haven't completely adapted to their unique style of punk yet they do have recognizable (is that a word?) talent. B.A. or whatever his name is is a genious. Who else writes songs about people taking a crap and killing people with the stench? The thing from Uranus, Let's Kill the Trendy , 15 minutes etc...really great songs!

I first heard Sloppy Seconds on the PBS: Punk Broadcasting System DVD a friend of mine "purchased" from a nearby over-priced record store. I'll admit it, I wasn't exactly a fan of B.A. and crew when I first heard them. But as a joke with the same friends, I downloaded "Fifteen Minutes...Or It's Free." And it really started to grow on me...

Sloppy Seconds's sound is just simply catchy and B.A. definitely has a different voice compared to the other punk I listen to. Give it a bit of time and this CD will probably grow on you as it did me. The lyrics are great as well, my personal favorites are "Let's Kill The Trendy," "Killing Myself," and "Just Because You're A Girl." Definitiely worth every penny I put towards the purchase!

awsome band, anyone not to keen on preps should at least hear track 5. representing the anti performer league, i give this 5 stars for that song alone. -justin@neverwin.com
