Great songs with unique sounds and styles, with wonderful musicianship. The album has a certain "flow" that seems to be missing from a lot of releases these days. The record plays more like a live set, than a studio recording. Not through quality, but through transition from tune to tune. This is very apparent with Amor / Ragge / Muffin / Soup, you can even run most the titles of the songs together to make one big song. So it makes sense that these cuts (although very stylistically different from each other) would blend from track to track. At first listen, I didn't realize we had moved through 3 songs until I looked and saw that the track number had changed on the CD player. This is a very cool concept and I know it works well for them in the live setting. This album doesn't give you time to sit and think about what is coming next, because next is already here, and it's name is Fast Food Orchestra.
