It's Converge. The almighty Gods of music. The candle in a dark room. It has the full "Halo in a Haystack" Album on it which is very very hard to find. Alot of unreleased stuff on it. So buy it. I still have mangasms when I listen to "Fact Leaves Its Ghost" and they start chanting "You call it your right, I call it your weakness."

Not the perfect album to get in touch with Converge if you never listened to their stuff before, because the sound isn't as chaotic and brutal as it is now (or has been on Jane Doe). But any fan should definitly get this one, just to listen to how Converge sounded before they signed to Equal Vision...

don't get me wrong with the 3 stars, this is a good album, but i was kinda disapointed in it. it is all there old stuff, kinda shitty recordings i think. if you are a hardcore converge fan you should get this, but i would recomend getting something new by them, jane doe is a good album.

Although Converge is one of my favorite bands, the sound isn't quite the same. Antithesis is definitely my favorite track.

A must for any devout Converge fan. It's a look into the earlier endeavors of this genre destroying band rooted in hardcore. The liner notes themself are a proclamation of the essence of harcore.
