This is a great punk cd. for all you rise against dirtbiker pussies....this is basically a BETTER rise against. 88 fingers holds it down. this is a great album. buy propagandhi albums, that is if your not a dick weed.

88 finger nothing more, nothing less. Power pop/punk sort of like an updated descendents, Stiff fingers, insert seminal band here. Sounds like they could be on FAT but they're not. Good for any collection not too fast, has melody, and still manages to be pissed off.

Fuck me this is a sweet as CD. I'd love to write a long review and tell you the ins and outs of this CD but fuck it - I'll just tell you that if you like good, hard, fast, melodic music and none of that new emo/metal/hardcore crossover shit then you'll like this. I can listen to this over and over, the tunes stick and the musicianship is first rate... Second only to Kid Dynamite as the best melodic hardcore I've heard. (see also: Rise Against)

One of my all time favourite punk albums. It's got everything: pace, agression, melody, passion and punchy bass and guitar riffs. The drums are unbelievable on this record too. Can't believe they broke up. A band sorely missed in the punk/hardcore scene. Get this before any other Louie album.

Hmm, this album is good, especialy if you like melodic hardcore, its got some awesome tunes(2faced bastard, drunk and ugly)and technicaly its great to.

However, i just feel these guys were streched when making this album, there is a lot of tension coming through in the songs, so it isn't hard to see why they split, but even so there isn't a bad song on the record.

This isnt as good as most of 88's older stuf, but if you are a fan of melodic h/c in the vein of Good Riddance, Heckle, possible pennywise and some H2O,and even some older lagwagon (possibly) then this is for you. Its good but a little to melodic, and a bit forced for me, but still worth buying, specialy if you are an 88 fan.

I love these guys, they never do any wrong - minus breaking up a 100 times, but thats not gonna happen again now will it hah. Anyhow, 88FL have that awesome speedy punk music down pat. Check out Rise Against if you're a fan of these guys (and you very well should be). RA is 88fl with a new singer basically with a little something called more hardcore added in there. Pick it up if you don't have it in your collection already.

back on the scene is what they should call it.88s most melodicly produced full length.theres one slow track but its still a god damn punkrockin tune.this is a disc that would make you wanna live back on the streets rather then to not own this disc so rise up out of your emo colma and add this to the weak select you have without it. MDDM..heckle/jeckle

*see also .rise against. (members of 88)

Holy crap, this is an awesome album! There's a good balance between poppier material and stuff with more of an edge. All-around a great set of tunes are here, though I'd definitely have to say that the first five tracks outshine the rest of them by far. Also notable is an excellent cover of Bad Brains' "FVK." It's a shame 88 Fingers Louie couldn't keep it going and ended up breaking up (again), but whatchagonnado? Egos clash, bands dissolve.
