I always wondered why these guys were rated so highly in the goth scene.. and after hearing this album I am still wondering why.Maybe i have bad taste or somthing but i found this to be really ordinary.

This is really fucking good album, probably their best. This is the epitome of LA "deathrock". Very Goth but not wimpy limpdicked Goth, it's more punk influenced and it spawned a lot of imitators who just could'nt get it this right. The song "Spiritual Cramp" is the fuckin' shit. It also has the song "Dogs" which is also one of their best.

An absolute death rock classic from the ultimate death rock band. Rozz's tortured, melodramatic vocals take some getting used to, but they grow on you. The hypnotic guitar lines and mind-eroding rhythm section complement his voice perfectly. Amazing lyrics as well.
If you're into music of the darker variety, this is ESSENTIAL.

This is probably the only good goth cd. It is a mix of goth and punk. It has Rikk Agnew of the Adolescents and D.I. on it playing guitar. The lyrics are pretty weird and Rozz's voice sounds pretty high. Romeo's Distress is the best song.

Probably my favorite Gothic band besides Samhain. Great songs. Rozz was a extrodinary singer. RIP
