This is Rancid's Sgt. Peppers. Each song is unique enough and you can tell that they pulled out all the stops and brought in all the guest musicians they could fathom. The songwriting is strong, so it's not all fanfare and guest artists.

I don't know if it was the time it was released ( I was a pubescent punk rock kid at the time ) and the anticipation I had in finally getting my ears on it, but this is my favorite Rancid album. I must have listened to this about 300 times the summer it was released, but it's still not only my favorite Rancid album, but albums of all time.

Unfortunately, the album (both discs) came fairly warped. Might be just my copy. I'm not going to point blame, but I am going to research how to true it up - because this album is great.

I think that this Rancids best record, contrary to what everybody says. The only track I did'nt like was the title track, which was a bit too much reggae for me. there are some great punk songs, probably some of rancids best like, "bloodclot", "Black Lung" and "1998". Some other great songs are "Leicester Square", "Crane Fist" and "Cash, Culture And Violence". Plus, the vinyl comes on double orange which rules. Can't wait to see 'em when they come to England! :)

Jun 1 2003 Rating: 5/5 Stars of my favorite Rancid CDs/LPs yet! Get this album, it's only like 13 bucks!!! Not to mention that if you buy the 12" it comes on 2 records and is printed on LIMITED ORANGE VIYNL! It's really good and well worth the buy. I can't wait to see them on the Warped Tour!!!! [Good songs: Bloodclot, Black Lung, Crane Fist, 1998, Life Won't Wait, Wrongful Suspicion, Lady Liberty, Hooligans, & Leicester Square.]
