Defiance

No Future, No Hope (Reissue)

Punk Core 32

Released on October 14, 2003

This item is not available for purchase. Sorry!

Punk Core is proud once again to present the second of three classic re-issues from Portland punk legends DEFIANCE! This time in the form of their sought-after debut album No Future, No Hope, digitally re-mastered and beautifully re-packaged in a manner befitting this 1995 classic. Includes rare, never-before-seen photos from the era and complete lyrics. Even before groundbreaking albums like THE CASUALTIES For the Punx or THE UNSEEN'S Lower Class Crucifixion albums saw the light of day, this 13-song ripper influenced many and set the stage for the American street punk scene as we know it today.

This is a good cd. Defiance kicks ass. I would reccomend this over bands like the Casualties, even if there still good. The best songs are: Fuck Them All, No Future No Hope, How Much Longer, Rip Off, and Police Oppression. If you like street punk, buy this cd.

I never cared much for Defiance untill I heard this album. I aslo got to see them this summer with the Unseen which was also great. Too bad their van got towed. Nice guys. Check this out if you haven't yet.
