I give it a 4 because in comparison to The Devil and God Are Raging Inside Me it's not as good.
This album falls into the screamo genre, but with that Brand New sound. The vocals are what save this album, as always, they're top notch. Lyrics are incredible as always. Definitely not generic screamo.
It's a good buy.

I liked this album when I first got it some years ago but surprisingly I have not gone back to revisit it. You see this album had done been regotten for me cousin who seems to enjoy it enough to buy it. I gotta say the album is catchy at parts and is a departure from their original mostly pop punk sound of Your Favorite Weapon. Speaking of which what a ca-ray-zay album that was. Yeah this album sees the boys relaxing a bit and exploring their sound of theirs and taking a break from going too fast. Aw hell mother fuckers you all have already heard this!

Not as good as Your Favorite Weapon, but still totally awesome. Great quality songs, every one of them. Go buy this, it's a must-have!

This is the greatest release in years. The only thing that tops this cd is Your Favorite Weapon. If I write anything else i would be under-rating this amazing work of art. BUY it if you don't already own a copy. If you do - buy one for your friends.

shit, this cd is awesome. good melodies, but a lot slower than "your favorite weapon". if you're new to the band, get the first cd, it's a lot better.

this cd has some catch to it but it left my cd player after a few songs...i was recommended this cd by someone i wasn't all that thoroughly disappointed though. IDK who to recomend this cd too...this is def a unique band with some catch. Buy this cd if you're into the pop wannabe punk scene if you're into good charlotte or simple plan

This CD is BANGIN'! I was a little apprehensive about getting this CD, but after listening to it you'll never want to take it out of the player. This is a CD you'll want to listen to over and over definitely a must-buy. You won't regret it, if you enjoyed their last album.

This is most definitely NOT my genre of music but something possessed me to buy this cd and it wasn't what I expected at all. The entire album is really good considering that I've never been a fan of Brand New or the whole emo genre in general. The lyrics are well written on an entirely different level and I can somewhat understand why people are calling this album an "epic" now [although I still don't think it is worthy of epic status]. Better than I expected but not the greatest. I give it 3 stars.

I loved this CD before I even owned it. There's some excelent songs on here. Brand New is much better then the most of the crap you here on the radio these days.
This CD has some very good changes in tempo, really cool guitars, and pretty good lyrics
