Nuclear Saturday

Best Time You Never Had

New School 112

Released on June 3, 2003

This item is not available for purchase. Sorry!

Make a fresh start with music that transcends genre and definition. Unrelenting in their execution and brutal in their approach, Nuclear Saturday has tapped into a source of inspiration and emotion with their full-length release, The Best Time You Never Had, featuring 12 songs brimming with enough heartache, anger, happiness and clarity to fill a million psychiatrists’ couches. The quartet, made up of Jason Fountain, Marc McClusky, Jace Key, and Tom Bruno, has laid it all on the table and are ready to challenge all expectations. Formed in the Summer of 1997, Nuclear Saturday has invigorated audiences across the U.S. with many national tours in addition to an EP, LP and several compilation appearances with the likes of Blink 182, Face to Face, NOFX, MxPx, Lagwagon, No Use for A Name... the list goes on and on. They have shared the stage with New Found Glory, Midtown, Andrew W. K. and The Used – they’ve even appeared on the Warped Tour.

I only bought this cause i heard it was goning to go out of print and I liked it when i was 13... Bad move this is total shit. every member in this band is worth absolutly nothing as a musician. Horrible pop punk I've heard a million times. But if your into good charlotte, new found glory, simple plan and whatever is new in that whole genre you might dig it.

And if you do... you're a waste of a listener

I go to school in DeKalb IL and my parents live about 45 minutes west of me. I listened to this CD the whole way home for Christmas break. My favorite song is number 2 and I feel like I can totally relate to it. I love music! Especially music that I feel I can connect to. I am so lucky to have found a new band who can enjoy. The coolest part is that I can introduce them to all my friends, I know they will love the CD as much as I do. THANKS GUYS!! Rock On

(I am going to make this short and sweet) This is by far one of the best albums I own! I first heard these guys online at the New School Records website and thought they sounded real good. I was wrong…… they sound great! From the first track to the last, you are drawn in to their creativity and emotion. Great lyrics, high quality recording, and incredible artwork! I highly recommend this album to any fans of good pop-punk (like Midtown, Finch, New Found Glory, Blink 182, Sum41, etc). And look at all the other great reviews. Take it as a sign to buy this record and support these soon-to-be rock stars.

I have been looking forward to more music from Nuclear Saturday for a very long time(since the Vagrant sampler). From the first song to the last i was in constant motion and having a good time. This CD is for everyone who likes a good time and excellent music. I highly recommend this album.

I must say this is a most impressive CD. By far one of the best new releases. Fast melodic punk....New Found Glory meets Bigiwig and also some awesome screaming (but not screamo by anymeans). If you like those NFG or Bigwig then buy this, hell I doubt anybody would have a hard time getting into this CD.

well ok, I've been following these boys since the good ol' days when they were on the Vagrant comp. 5 years on the street. Since then we've worked together a few times but not even I was suspecting an album like this. This album is awsome!!! Great music and amazing lyrics, you cant go wrong there!! My advice to anyone out there is pick this album up cuz you WILL NOT be dissappointed!! Great addition to your collection that will be spinning in your CD player for a long time....Cheers......
