Breather Resist

Only In The Morning

(Evan From Black Cross, National Acrobat)

Deathwish 26

Released on May 20, 2003

Breather Resist feature Evan Patterson, current member of Black Cross and former member of National Acrobat, among their ranks of sonic madmen. A true juggernaut in comparison to their contemporaries, Breather Resist are what all volatile and heavy music wishes it could be. Unpredictable, menacing, and utterly unique in both musical dynamic and defining personality. Bringing to mind the over powering intensity of Unsane and Coalesce, all the while maintaining their own unique spin on the genre.

this cd starts off with a bang, and doesnt stop to let you catch your breath at any point. harsh, abrasive, discordant hardcore with a hint of rock. the vocals are nuts, the lyrics are pretty interesting, and the production is perfect for their sound. highly recommended. if black cross were from hell, they would call themselves breather resist.
