reckless crash course with stardom. Ever since the
release of their first 7” in 2011 the band have begun to
harness the raw, propulsive energy of their live show
and channel that into a slew of 7”s, digital singles, a
10” ep, and a shitload of positive buzz. Next in line for
THE DIRTY NIL is the Cinnamon b/w Guided By Vices
7”; two songs layering feral garage rock with uneasy
pop hooks, all assembled and reassembled to make
your mind melt into fractured pieces. It’s a perfect intro
for those unfamiliar with the band and an apt
continuation of a path they’ve been blazing; vocals
ranging from melodic to violently frantic, backed up
with unhinged screeching guitars, all sewn up with
equal parts desperation and clever songwriting. Hold
