The (International) Noise Conspiracy hit you with another politically explosive musical protest! This six-song neo-rock assault contains five unreleased tracks (including a stellar cover of "Baby Doll" by N.E.R.D.) that target global politics, big business and “the status quo” with passion, force and soul of the highest order. Combining fury with funk has never been an easy task, but “Bigger Cages, Longer Chains” pulls it off wonderfully!

I have been a fan of TINC for a while. Their cd's are always packed with great energy and great messages. With this CD I was somewhat dissappointed. Don't expect the usual energy surge you get from their other cd's. These songs are more toned down and have the same messages as their other cd's, just rearranged the words and beats. If your a TINC fan get it, but don't buy this CD if it's your first TINC record. I wish refused was still together!! But TINC is still a great band.

Fairly good e.p. from the Noise Conspiracy, and it has all four of their music videos on it. I think their cover of "Baby Doll" is good, and the best track in my mind is "Beautiful So Alone". It's pretty good, but not great. so i gave it 4 stars.

Well I just got this a couple days ago, and it's definetely good. Obviously Bigger Cages, Longer Chains is good, and the cover of Baby Doll is pretty cool, but the rest of the songs are no throwaways. Beautiful So Alone rocks, and When words are not working is particularly cool in my book, the "is it enough to describe the way we feel or is it so unreal!!" part makes it a very cool ender to the cd. as for the videos, they may be my favorite part: if you didnt know it has the videos for smash it up, capitalism stole my viginity, reproduction of death, and up for sale. they are all very cool. the little talk by noam chomsky or whoever is pretty cool, but its only like 6 minutes and he doesnt really say anything amazing in it, I guess its like a teaser for the whole thing epitaph is gonna release later. whatever. i would suggest this if you're a fan, but it is only six songs...... well and 4 videos. it's cool
