Sacred Plague Records is proud to distribute a new CD by Crysis Records (Malaysia) by Portland OR Peace Punks VIVID SEKT. Following two EP releases including a split with BOG PEOPLE-a band in which guitarist ALEX also played in-Vivid Sekt returns with more dark punk anthems which update the moody bass melodies of the MOB with the punk ferocity of SUBHUMANS to create a new Anarcho Punk classic. The band features members of similarly influenced bands ARCTIC FLOWERS and MORAL HEX but VIVID SEKT is different in that they do not retain the hardcore elements of the former nor the more new wave/post punk sounds of the latter proving that VIVID SEKT is a DIY punk band through and through.
