Such a classic I had to get a new one when it was re-issued. Needless to say my old one has been played many times over. These boys put out a blazing CD here of Ramones covers, as well as some of their own, and they do it right. There is really nothing to be said except for pick it up.

O.K. Nothing will ever top the Ramones originals ,but this ones kind've a mixed bag for me. I gave this one 4 stars cuz some of the songs they play fast, which is what i like. Although this cd is not as good as the legendary godfathers R.A.M.O.N.E.s. I would still recommend this to anyone who likes Ramones tribute artists.or what ever.So this was a good buy, i'd say,I'm satisfied with this purchase.and if your reading this review, you'd probably like it too. Gabba gabba, Hey.

well lets see, do you like the ramones? if yes, buy this cd do you like screeching weasel? if yes then buy this do you like cover songs, that dont try anything new, but are pretyy much an exact replica of the original, but with differant voices, but they ever copy the accent of the original? well no one does its cool when cover songs are differant, but sorry these guys pronouce the words just like joey, its pretty much just faster ramones songs, with ol bennys voice, but hey its good

plus theres songs at the end that were written by screeching weasel, probably because they didn't want to release a 3 song ep but there good

To enjoy this CD you should obviously be a fan of both the Ramones & Screeching Weasel and you especially shouldn’t care that Screeching Weasel is playing the songs the exact same way as the Ramones. With that said I enjoyed this quite a bit and it’s nice to hear Ben and the gang blast through the first Ramones album. The bonus tracks are also pretty good. That is all, enjoy!

Screeching Weasel did a good cover of the Ramones first album, and also included are the 4 songs from Formula 27., A must have for any Screeching Weasel fan, or for anyone looking for a good cd.

If you love Screeching Weasel and the Ramones, get this CD. This is a really good Ramones cover CD if you like Screeching Weasel and the Queers style of music. The first 14 songs are all Ramones songs except one, but then there are 4 Screeching Weasel songs on the end. I like it.

Weasel says that this was re-released only for completists and the casual fan wouldn't be impressed. Well I'm impressed. One of the best Ramones cover records. The four original Weasel songs are really good, too.

It's a good cd, but i'd just rather listen to the Ramones. They did a good job covering the Ramones songs. They sound a lot like the Ramones when they try to. Good cd but not for me, any die hard Weasel fan should get it though.
