This year features 2 CDs full of unreleased & exclusive tracks from some of the hottest bands in the scene including Silverstein, All Time Low, Bayside, The Wonder Years, Circa Survive, The Ready Set, Four Year Strong, The Dangerous Summer, Andrew Jackson Jihad, and many more...
The compilation release is directly connected to Take Action Tour, now in its 10th annual year. The tour plays to over 50,000 fans, donating 10% of the gross ticket fees to charity. The 2011 tour features Silverstein and Bayside as co-headliners with supporting artists Polar Bear Club, The Swellers and Texas In July. The tour will directly benefit non-profit Sex, Etc., which serves as a resource and destination for teens seeking answers to their questions on sex, relationships, pregnancy, STD, birth control, sexual orientation, and more.
Take Action was founded in 1999 by Hopeless Records in connection with their non-profit organization Sub City to encourage young people to make a positive impact on the world. Since 1999 Sub City has raised over 2 million dollars and awareness for over 50 charitable organizations that aim to make the world a better place. 5% of the suggested retail price from the sale of this compilation will go to continue this mission.
