Boris & Ian Astbury

BXI

(Boris, Cult)

Southern Lord 120

Released on August 17, 2010

This item is not available for purchase. Sorry!

2010 CD EP release, a collaboration between Japanese Doom/Sludge Rock trio Boris and British vocalist Ian Astbury, frontman for Alt-Rock band The Cult. Astbury's iconic Rock vocals are a perfect match for Boris' straightforward and laid back but still raw and imaginative songwriting.

I am a big fan of Boris at times, but I am not a fan of this. The vocals ruin some pretty good instrumental tunes. Biiiiiig pass on this. I should have bought Heavy Rocks instead. That album stones.
