is defeated by carelessness, ignorance, and selfishness. We can’t look away from our television
set that allows us all to look into the problems facing the world as a whole, yet we are still just
looking. Our leaders wage war on things like drugs, terror, and poverty, yet they fail to see that
these are all products of a pre-existing condition. The problem starts with the heart and magnifies
into injustice from there. People all over the world suffer as a result. These songs are their
