Leave it to The Queers to base the name of their albums off past Ramones records (LEAVE HOME). Not only are there great Queers jams on here but also you get "Hawaii" (Wilson/Beach Boys & CO.) One of the Queers best records. It will be interesting to hear how the reissue sounds on Asian Man Records in 2006.

wow. my name is john not maureen that's my mom. anyways, this album from the queers is fucking great. its good for either adding to you collection, or as a first album. every song is really good. dont listen to the stupid fuck who said it's mediocre. it's definetly worth the money.the queers are an everyone kind of band, you can't help but like their catchy / snotty lyrics. if you buy this album you won't be dissapointed.my fav songs are next stop rehab, cut it dude, highschool psychopath part 2 , and pepperment girl. this is my favorite queers album, even better than love songs. pick it up while it's still only 7.75 .

Another Great album by The Queers. It only took about 4 or 5 listens to grow on me. Some people say this is the lost Queers album..and I dont know why..I love every song off of it.. "Next Stop Rehab", "Definatley", "I didnt get invited to the Prom" all should be classics. If your just getting into the Queers though get "love songs for the retarded" or "Dont back down" first. I "definatley" recommend this album, you wont be disapointed...Trust me.

This is a decent album, but it's nowhere near the guitar-pop goodness that is Don't Back Down or Pleasant Screams. There are too many angry rock tunes, few of which are any good, and most of the love songs that do appear don't hold up compared to those on the aforementioned albums. However, there are a few really great songs, like "I Can't Get Invited to the Prom" and "High School Psychopath," so it's not a complete waste.

I like this album but it isn't the best Queers album. None of the songs really come out and grab me like on some of the other albums. I have every Queers cd and I rate this one behind Love Songs, Punk Rock Confidential, Beat Off, Pleasant Screams and Don't Back Down but ahead of Later Days, Grow Up, Beyond the Valley so get the other albums I rated higher before this one but get this one before the once I rated after. If that made any sense at all :)

Another great Queers record, a great Beach Boys cover "Hawaii", and more great songs about girls, love, rehab, and evil hippies...what in the hell else could you possibly want? Grab this CD soon for quick enjoyment.

The Queers are a great Ramones influenced band and they play catchy, simple, bratty, love struck songs about girls, rehab, being a teenager, and cretin's. Simple tunes that you can't get out of you're head. Get the "Don't Back Down" c.d. It's the best Queers album.
