#12 Zine

(Lamb Of God, Mastodon, Slayer, Evergreen Terrace, Poison The Well)

This item is not available for purchase. Sorry!

HAILS & HORNS ends ’08, and kicks off ’09 with a bang! Takin’over the cover, HATEBREED’s JAMEY JASTA hosts this new issue with a 2009 preview of all the bands that are gonna blow your mind this year, including looks at LAMB OF GOD, MASTADON, SLAYER, LACUNA COIL, GOD FORBID, KILLSWITCH ENGAGE, POISON THE WELL, COMEBACK KID, and MANY more. Also in this issue, UNEARTH heads out on their tour with a seriously devastating line-up; GIT SOME gives you the down low on their latest effort Cosmic Rock; From the trials of touring to their new record and video, STICK TO YOUR GUNS tells what keeps them going. HASTE THE DAY gives you the scoop on their latest record and touring; CANCER BATS lets you in on their new video and talk about the rigors of being on the road non-stop; TRAP THEM gives a peek into something brutal and intense with their second album; PROSTHETIC RECORDS reflects on a decade with some history, favorite bands, and honesty; and New York’s LIONHEARTED CREW keeps it in the family and lends a hand. This issue is also jam-packed with news, interviews, photos, and spreads featuring BETWEEN THE BURIED AND ME, TRIVIUM, RHINOCEROS, SOULFLY, BILLY CLUB SANDWICH, DEFEATED, GIGAN, NORTH, RACEBANNON, SUBROSA, BATTLELORE, KATRA, BOOK OF BLACK EARTH, CATALEPSY, CELESTIAL BLOODSHED, NACHTMYSTIUM, and GOJIRA. Highlights on metal fashion include BRIDGEPORT REPUBLIC CLOTHING and TOTAL SKULL. Plus, an interview with director ADAM GREEN and MAX CAVALERA keeps things interesting. Throw in 16 bands you need to know between the Hails Yes! bands, and the unsigned spotlight bands, and you are ready to rock! This is one fat issue crammed with pages covering the music you want to know about. So grab yourself a copy and check it out for yourself!

$1.50 for a metal magazine. Cant go wrong. I just wish Hails+Horns was a bit better put together and more coherent like Decibel
