If you actually get the oppotunity to purchase and listen to this split . . . consider yourself very fortunate. These groups are essentially the influence of what spawned the future generations of intelligent and independent thinking, original punk bands of today. Whether it be religious, political, or just mind fuck Americano ... Blatz & Filth tell it like it is ....

Wow. It has been years since i have listened these songs. This record holds alot of nostalgia for me, memories of listeing to this on vinyl... This is a must have record hands down! Blatz and filth at their absolute fucking peak!! The cd version does not dissapoint since it has a massive insert with all liner notes, including the back story of it's release to cd. Fans of afi should by this since their cover of "today's lesson" by filth, also to see what the bay area was doing at that time period. All in all, a great record by 2 great bands... Buy this shit.

Really good split. Back when this was on Lookout! it was my first introduction to Jesse Lucious and his "Germ's like vocal style". "Fuck Shit Up" is a classic punk rock song. I'm glad this is availabe again.
