This is another great album by Tim. I do like Rivanna Junction a little bit better, but I'll have to say that I love it still. Get it if you liked the first one.

The long awaited follow up to Rhivana Junction is here! 'Manchester' is a great album with awesome songs like "Texas Cop", "Sagacity Gone" and many others. You can really hear Tim Barry's progression as singer/songwriter on this disc. One of the best albums I heard in 2008.

I am so glad that Tim Barry is still active. Manchester is a great album! I still jones for anything by Avail, so this will have to do until they come out with another CD. The songs on this album are all over the map. A couple of songs sound kinda like Bright Eyes and I like that. He still has a song or two with a gospel flair, and I like that too. Hell, there is even a song written by Avail. He has a remake of a song from his demo and it is good, a little too happy for me and the subject matter of the song itself, but good nonetheless. The original is way better though. All in all I love this album. Nice country flair and very heartfelt in places. Just as good as his previous effort.
