I think this band is trying to hard to be original. Very sloppy though. I liked about 4 tracks to the album, it really does not hit as hard as it was originally advertised. Over hype, is about all this band is. The potential is there for these guys to be the best fucking band in their genre, but they have a lot of soul searching and definitely need a new take on where they take this music.

Well I heard alot of good things about Alesana from people. Heard they were intense, fast paced and still had a great slow side to them as well. Well I bought the cd and everything I heard was true...and then some. Tracks 9,10, and 11 are probably my favorite. But track 8 and 2 are awsome as well. This cd was everything I wanted and more. I recommend this cd top any fan of the emo or screamo scene. Its a must have.
