Trap Them

Sleepwell Deconstructor

Trash Art 19

Released on April 3, 2007

$11.00
Buy

Prepare. Put on your mask. Put on your gloves. This is jihad, built from the ground up by members of Backstabbers Inc and December Wolves to set fire to burning resentments. These are not desperate youth with cliches to spit and nowhere to turn; these are men who have lived for their art. This is blistering, grind-infused punk and metal for worshippers of Entombed, Tragedy, Rotten Sound, Nasum and Discharge. This is Trap Them, and they are prepared to break down your front door and put their art right in your face.

i really like this band, although i wasn't so impressed by this album. definitely pick up SEANCE PRIME first. i hear their recording a full length now. think sort of grindy/crusty hardcore. vocalist form BACKSTABBERS INC, but 1,000 times better.

Trap Them display an amazingly well-crafted full length with grind/metal/punk tendencies. featuring former members from now defunct Backstabbers Incorporated. if you are into the aforementioned along with Cursed, Graf Orlock, and Nasum then this should be in your collection.

Another great entry into the current wave of no bullshit hardcore. Along the lines of Modern Life Is War-Killing The Dream-Ruiner-Another Breath-Blacklisted-Rise And Fall-American Me. This CD will not disappoint...If you like hardcore-"metalcore"-old school hardcore-punk along the lines of The Lawrence Arms or even metal youll dig this. The lyrics are rather clever and intelligent. Check out www.DeathwishInc.com for these guys and alot of other really good hardcore bands

What can I say about this? Oh I know, AMAZING! It's so crusty and so fast. It's just some good old fashioned hardcore punk. While most bands are trying to focus on their technical-ness these dudes just focus on keeping it heavy and fast. They aren't reinventing the wheel here but they just do it better than a lot of bands.

Fucking amazing grind album. One of the best this year by far! It's mostly straight up grind with some crust parts similiar to Cursed. I highly suggest you check it out if you're a fan of all types of metal.
